Rivkind notes four variant issues of this edition. Our copy is a "hybrid" of Rivkind's Variants 1 and 2. It resembles No.1 inasmuch as Mordechai ben Baruch Tivoli's introduction (printed on the verso of the title) contains 24 (as opposed to 21) lines. However, it resembles No. 2 by virtue of the fact that it contains 232 (as opposed to 231) leaves, adding a commentary of R. Menachem Azariah of Fano to a passage in Zohar and shifting Isaac ben Gershon Treves' Apology to the next leaf. See Y. Rivkind, "Dikdukei Sofrim," Kiryath Sepher, Vol. X (1933-4), pp. 493-96
