Prayer upon the completion of writing a Sepher Torah

Thanks for having successfully completed the writing of a Torah Scroll. Most touchingly, the scribe writes: "I know that if Your great hand would not have come to my assistance, I would have not have been able to rise night after night, to shake slumber from my eyes, in order to write."
