summary
Includes:
* 11 pages of Torah on Parshath Chayei Sarah-Vayigash by Grand Rabbi Avraham Ya’akov Friedman (1820-1833) the Admor of Sadigur and second son of R. Yisroel Friedman of Ruzhin. Published in Irin Kadishin (Warsaw, 1885). This is perhaps a draft of that work.
* A collection of Chasidic Sipurim numbered 1-17, and 24-29. Some have appeared in Migdol Yeshu’oth Malko (Jerusalem, 1956), but most are apparently unpublished.
* 76 pages of Torah discourses by Grand Rabbi Yitzchak Friedman (1850-1917) the Admor of Boyan. Arranged by the weekly parsha, these are dated, and include the years 1902, 1903, 1905, and 1909. Many have been published in Imrei Kodesh.
* 14 pages of Yiddish discourses arranged by weekly parsha, dating from 1868 to 1875.
* The rest of the collection comprises manuscripts of Chasidic Torah and stories, some of which are attributed to Rabbi Yisroel Friedman (1796-1850), the progenitor of the dynasty.
This archive of manuscripts is a treasure trove for enthusiasts and historians of Chassidism.
