summary

The Sepher Tehilim printed by the revered Shapira family of printers is especially esteemed by Chassidim. Books printed by the Shapira press are especially sought after as the printers were descendents of the Grand Rabbi R. Pinchos of Koretz. It is widely believed that an aura of holiness pervades those books produced by members of this printing family. This is the first Tehilim printed in Zhitomir with these commentaries.
