summary

The discourse here pivots on the discussion in Talmud Bavli, Pesachim f. 66a, concerning the permissibility of offering the Paschal lamb on the Sabbath, a law which confounded the B’nei Bathyra and awaited Hillel’s arrival from Babylonia to be resolved.

ff. 18. Lightly foxed. Modern calf-backed boards. Sm. 4to.
