Bocher Yehudi [encouraging Jewish voters to vote only for Muslims and Christians candidates].

(ISRAEL, LAND OF).

(Jerusalem?)

1920

This document gives clear instructions to the Jewish voter in a municipal election to only pen the names of the Muslim and Christian candidates on their ballot. The six candidates are named, and the voter is told to fill the ballot out exactly as listed. Issued anonymously, this broadside likely emanates from Arab Nationalist circles, and is aimed at the anti-Zionist Jews of Jerusalem’s Old Yishuv.
