summary
One of the most controversial books in history.
The oldest Jewish anti-Christian text is the Toldoth Yeshu - a biography of Jesus which is entirely at variance with the Gospels. Suggested to date as far back as the First-century, the publication of Toldoth Yeshu was opposed by Jews and non-Jews alike due to its many passages considered to be offensive to Christian sensibilities. Nonetheless, it was widely distributed in manuscript form.

pp. 25. Integral vellum manuscript wrappers, soiled. 8vo.
