A fundamental Kabbalistic work written here by R. David ben Aaron ibn Hasin. Many of the notations and glosses throughout the text are seemingly by the scribe himself. R. David ibn Hasin was one of the great poets (paytanim) of Moroccan Jewry and his compositions were used throughout the Sephardic communities.
