summary
"The 2000 Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon is a sturdy Cabernet, still vibrant with heavy firm tannins and generous oak well balanced by currants, blackberries and spicy cedarwood. It opens to plums and black cherries, matched nicely with vanilla and an herbal overlay on its long finish. Mature. Daniel Rogov, 92."
