Decree seeking to restrict commercial activities by Jews. "In order to protect our citizens, all existing financial contracts with Jews are hereby invalid! Due to past unhappy experiences, Germans - especially those under the age of 25 years - are forbidden from borrowing monies from Jews...Nonetheless, those German citizens of good name, may conduct business with Jews only if approved by the Mayor....Jews seeking to make contact with young people will be expelled...Be vigilant against the exploits of the Jews!"
