The commentary Nachlath Avoth is replete with Abrabanel’s quest in determining the tragedies of his time This copy with extensive marginal notes of a philosophical nature in an early Italian Hebrew hand commenting upon the introduction by Maimonides

ff. 216 (i.e. 215). Few light stains, clean tear on last few leaves expertly repaired, extensive marginal glosses in a 16th-century Italian hand on first few leaves, signed by censor. Later bind-tooled black morocco, gently rubbed at extremities. 4to
