Description
Consisting of five clock faces, with moveable tin hands, indicating times for services on weekday and Sabbath, holiday mornings and evenings; each circle is labelled in Hebrew, and decorated with light blue and brown. Above, in Hebrew, "Choral Temple Odobest, Times of Prayer;" at lower edge, "It is strictly forbidden to speak during prayer services and Torah readings." Carved and partly gilt wooden frame. H: 850mm. Some wear.
