A most interesting curiosity. Others of this genre have Christological or Masonic elements, this however, is a distinctly Jewish work. Legend at the bottom states: “A Silver Medal was Awarded for This at The Louisiana State Fair, 1869.” Unknown to L. Avrin’s Micrography as Art (1981)
