BRONZE AND SILVER VASE Bezalel School, Jerusalem, before 1948.

summary

The directors of the Bezalel school in Jerusalem were successful in training their students in silversmithing techniques which were native to the region. This is an excellent example of the type of inlay known as Damascene work.
