summary

The dramatic sinking of the “unsinkable” ocean liner, including the tragic loss of lives, touched everyone at the time. The recording of this special record was probably inspired by the loss of several prominent Jewish passengers, including Isidor Straus, co-owner with his brother Nathan, of Macy’s department store.
