Sinai Schiffer who composed several halachic works, served as Rabbi of the Orthodox secessionist community of Karlsruhe. The letters here discuss adult circumcision, the requirement for Tzitzith for the bedridden, contraception and female sterilization (published in Schiffer's collected responsa, Sithri U'Magini (1932) Pt. II, no. 44b).
