“Alt-NeuLand,” Herzl’s Utopian novel in which he envisioned the social and cultural climate of a new Hebrew Nation. The motto of the book became the watchword of the entire Zionist Movement: “If you will it, it is no dream.” The Hebrew title of this translation directly influenced the selection of the name of the first all-Jewish city established by the Zionist Movement outside Jaffa in 1909.
