The four leaves, ff. 117-120 entitled “Siyuma Depiska” were bound after the first section by an insightful earlier owner as these leaves are actually the completion of responsa no. 12 in the first section pertaining to nine principles of Nezikin (torts). Initially the editor did not have the additional material and so only published it after the second section.
