Orphaned at an early age and raised by the Maggid of Dubno, R. Shlomo Kluger was a preeminent halachic decisor and most prolific author who wrote thousands of responsa and left a legacy of hundreds of works in manuscript. In this letter, he assures a layman on the efficacy of sending a Get via an emissary, noting technical instructions in the use of a power of attorney ("harsha'ah").
