“Enjoyable Entertainment, or Burlesque Dialogues between a Jew, a Turk, A Protestant and a Catholic.” A satire in poetic form. The Author, Abraham Gomez Silveira was born in Arevalo, province of Avila, Spain, and died in Amsterdam. A poet and Jewish apologist, Silveira was a member of the poetic academy founded in Amsterdam by D. Manuel de Belmonte. See K.
