Manuscript on vellum. Unusually bright, colorful Memorial Plaque. Hebrew and Judeo-German. Scribal black ink and multicolor paints. The design abounds in intricate geometric patterns and animals: lions, birds, harts, etc. Artist: T.Y. Bratshener. Based on the style of language, this plaque most likely stems from the Hungarian province of Oberland.
