In their unusual approbation, the Rabbis of Vitebsk state that really they do not have to approve the publication of such a holy, in depth commentary on “pesukei dezimrah”. However, they are publishing this approval to publicize that they personally heard the Mitteler Rebbe praise this work effusively at the end of his life and that it was especially beloved by the Rebbe.
