FIRST EDITION OF THE CELEBRATED SHELA”H SIDDUR The great halachist Rabbi Joel Sirkes (Ba”CH) attests in his lead approbation: “I have no doubt that whomsoever prays from this Siddur, his prayers will not go unanswered.” Indeed the great mystics would pray using the Siddur Shela”h, one such example was the founder of Chabad Chassidism, R. Schneur Zalman of Liadi. See Ch. M. Heilman, Beith Rabbi I (Berdichev, 1900), f.1v
