Extremely rare fragment of an aborted Constantinople Hagadah In 1931, the JNUL obtained a single printer's signature of this previously unrecorded Hagadah, Pesach Lashem (Const. 1559). See Kiryath Sepher, Vol. VIII, p. 7. The book was brought to press by Shneor ben Judah Falcon, the son-in-law of the famous Spanish Kabbalist R. Meir ibn Gabbai. To date only printer's signatures have been located, an indication that the project was likely never completed. Yitzchak Rivkind reported that JTSA possesses two similar fragments of the Hagadah Pesah Lashem (i.e., the first printer's signature of 4 leaves), and noted variants between them. See Kiryath Sepher, Vol. X, p. 492. Further bibliographic details accompany the lot - and are available upon request
