50 poems of 16 lines each, laden with premonitions of the tragic end of Polish Jewry in a coming world catastrophe. The author, Moyshe Broderzon (1890-1955), was active in Lodz as a journalist, poet and writer of short plays and was a consummate master of the Yiddish tongue.
