Three works by the Komarner Rebbe. Affectionately known as R. Eizikel Komarner (1806-74), he was raised by his uncle, the Kabbalist R. Tzvi Hirsch Eichenstein of Zydachow. - The Komarner Chumash is particularly prized by Chassidim as the Rebbe assures (on f. 3) that the owner of the Chumash will be “rescued from sickness and want and his house will be full of the blessings of God with good luck, richness and long life for himself and his children..."
