C.150 broadside advertisements concerning all aspects of the economic and social life of Eretz Israel, whether it be the sale of such prosaic commodities as sewing machines and soap, vintage wine and milk, and the latest women’s apparel; more rarefied stocks and bonds; or religious articles such as talithoth, matzoth, lulavim and ethrogim. Courses are offered in stenotyping and business administration. There abound announcements of new housing projects and of labor strikes. Notices of hotel accommodations and touristic travel, massage therapy, and various forms of entertainment.
