FIRST HEBREW PRAYER-BOOK PUBLISHED IN PARIS The book was edited by Abraham de Cologna, rabbi of Mantua, who earlier served as vice-chairman of the Napoleonic Sanhedrin, and later, after the fall of the Empire, as a member of the Central Consistory.
