With related blessings and meditations. 105 pp., black ink on paper, Italian square and Rabbinic script, each page within attractive watercolor borders of scrolling foliage, also featuring cornucopia of roses and small birds, a basket of fruit on f.2v Contemporary half calf, corners bumped, 102x132mm.

A most charming manuscript with delicate folk-art decoration. Corregio is a small town in Northern Italy near Reggio Emilia and Modena, from where very few Jewish artifacts remain extant. Prof. Shalom Sabar, Department of Art History, Hebrew University, Jerusalem, has examined this Manuscript and his comprehensive description in Hebrew is appended to the lot for further reference
