SOLOMON EGER and signed by the two parties, ascertaining that they the undersigned will be faithful in their dealings and will only be permitted to sell meat as long as they do not negate the agreement. The final paragraph is signed by two shochtim, attesting that they will abide by the decisions of the Beth Din
