Yerioth Shlomo is a cross between a commentary to R. Elijah Mizrahi’s examination of Rashi on the Pentateuch and a direct commentary on Rashi himself. The same sharp eye Maharshal uses in his Talmudic novellae is applied here. Attention is given to grammatical accuracy as well as spelling and contextual significance.
