Advocating the creation of a Homeland for the Jewish people in the the Land of Israel, ‘A Flag is Born’ was a theatrical production that raised funds and political support for Zionist causes, specifically for the American League for a Free Palestine, an organization run by the dynamic activist Hillel Kook (a.k.a.
