(Italy): (19th century)

Est: $1,200 - $1,800
PRICE REALIZED $2,000
A handsomely composed tall folio manuscript containing the complete prayers for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Interestingly the text here originally contained the blessing “Shelo Asani Kuthi” (Who did not make me a Gentile). These has been corrected to read in the positive: “She’asani Yehudi” (Who made me a Jew).
