Communal ledger of a social and charitable society. The ledger opens with a list of rules and regulations for the members of the society, followed by names of the annually elected officers. Records expenditures and specifies that funds from the society are to be used to assist in organizing community weddings and circumcisions. Regulates honors due at life-cycle events, including the selection of a Sandek by means of a lottery. Ustyluh is a small hamlet situated near the Poland-Ukraine border alongside the Bug River. See Pinkas HaKehilot - Poland, Vol. 5 (1990) pp. 32-4).
