From: Plantin Bible Polyglot. Vol.VIII, Chaleb, sive de Terrae Promissae partitione. The map shows the divisions of the Tribes as well as 43 Israelite desert encampments. The Kishon River, here called Chedumin, connects Haifa Bay and Tiberias Lake (the Sea of Galilee). Five cities appear submerged beneath the Dead Sea: Sodoma, Gomora, Adamo, Seboim and Segor.
