Requesting assistance for the Shochet, R. Menachem Mendel Riznikov of Novibug (near Nikolayev), attesting to his fine character and his suffering since experiencing the violence of recent pogrom attacks. Final paragraph at end written by the Shochet himself. Two pages. Brittle, tears with taped repairs.
