An important early kabbalistic prayer book with Lurianic kavanoth based upon the writings of R. Moshe Zacuto. Although a Siddur with such kavanoth was previously published in 1712 under the name Beth Tephilah, the present edition contains many additions in a host of areas: halacha, kavanoth, “minhagei chassidim,” etc. Also a portion for Tisha B’Av (ff. 122b-125) contains a Ladino translation and commentary. Astronomical tables with a commentary by the editor R. David Meldola on ff. 130-142. The importance of these additions are highlighted in the approbation of Meldola’s father, the Chief Rabbi of Bayonne, France.
