Rabbi Abramsky (1886-1976) served as Chief Rabbi of Slutzk and head of the London Beth Din. Following his retirement he settled in Jerusalem. While living there he also served as a Rosh Yeshiva of Slabodka Yeshiva in Bnei Brak. The recipient Rabbi Konvitz (1878-1944), served as a Rabbi in Safed and later emigrated to the United States.
