Elyakim Getzel of Dvinsk who were to be illegaly evicted from their apartment (verso of letter with autograph support from R. Isser Zalman Meltzer on the same matter. * A Din Torah pertaining to charities collected in America (also signed by R. Tzvi Pesach Frank and R. Eliyahu Rom.) * An Autograph Letter Signed by R. Yaakov Moshe Charlap requesting a monthly stipend in support of R. Zelig Reuven Bengis, Ra’avad of the Eidah HaChareidith (1943).
