Hebrew and English on facing pages. Adir Hu, Echad Mi Yode’ah and Chad Gadya translated into Yiddish (wayber-taytsch). 10 (of 15?) fine engraved copper-plate and steel illustrations. Ownership inscription of Emma Bensabat, dated November 1839. pp. 7, (1); ff. 38, (4). Stained in usual places. Later boards with endapers advertising the Lisbon binder and bookseller A. M. Verol Senior. Taped spine. 4to. Yudlov 515; Yaari 361.
