Rav Elyashiv's Copy of Shailoth U'Teshuvoth Maharit / Chidushei Maharit. Joseph ben Moses Trani ("Maharit") (1568-1639), a native of Safed, was at various times religious head of the Jewish comunities of Safed and Constantinople.
