"This lot is an excellent sampler of some of the most outstanding kosher wines from across the globe. It includes a mature Segal's Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon as well as an uncommon kosher botrytis wine. The kosher Château de Fesles is a viscous amber colored wine made from botrytisized Chenin Blanc. It is intensely sweet, sweeter even than Château Guiraud, but its sweetness is balanced by an abundant acidity. Look for flavors and aromas of oranges, vanilla, heather, pineapple, anise, nectarines, orange blossoms, and spices. Drink now-2012. Daniel Rogov, 90."
