"The 2003 Peraj Ha'abib Flor de Primavera is a blend of 40% Grenache, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cariñena and 5% Tempranillo. This velvety wine was aged in new and one year old French barrels and displays currant and cherry flavors with overlays of coffee, anise and hints of minerals, culminating with a surprising suggestion of peppermint. Drink now-2012. Daniel Rogov, 92; Wine Spectator, 90."
