The Shotzer Rebbe - Rabbi Shulem Moshkovitz was born in Suceava, Romania. He died on 22 Teves 5718 (1958) and is buried in Enfield, England. It is related that the Rebbe promised to whomever comes to his grave to pray and undetakes to better himself, the Rebbe will appeal to his revered forfather to rouse God's mercy and send salvation and healing.
