An uncommon broadside for very occasional use, along with the actual woodblock utilized to produce it. The formula of the first blessing "LeHadlik Ner Chanukah" (as opposed to "Lehadlik ner shel chanukah") reflects Sephardic, or Lurianic rite. It has been speculated, based on the shape of the decorated letters at top, that the origin is Italian.
