Moshe," Rabbi Moses Feinstein, Rosh Yeshiva for many decades of Tifereth Jerusalem of New York's Lower East Side, was overwhelmingly acknowledged as the halachic decisor of the post-Holocaust generation. In recognition of his authority, he was President of the Agudath HaRabbanim of the United States and Canada. The recipient of this letter, Rabbi Abraham Aaron Kreizer settled in Eretz Israel and published a number of Talmudic works
