A discussion by the Union of American Hebrew Congregations, to review Jacques Faitlovich's proposal of establishing a school for the Falasha Jews in Ethiopia. Notes that "it should be our endeavor to place a man like Dr. Faïtlovitch, who is willing to risk his health and life in the cause of Jewish research upon a salary or establish a chair for him at one of the Jewish Theological Seminaries." Recommends a trade-school as more appropriate for the "primitive" Falashas rather than implementing Faitlovich's more sophisticated educational proposals
