Certificate appointing R. Abraham Nachman Schwartz of Baltimore as Gabbai of the Safed charities for the Baltimore area. R. Nachum Esrog (1862-1938), whose rather large signature figures most prominently on the certificate, served as Rabbi of Safed. R.
