The colophon on f. 21 dated 1774, states "kinyan kaspi ani Gavriel Yehoshua Todros miyad David Todros Bacchi"; to which is appended a later inscription dated 1807 stating that the manuscript now belongs to Menachem Lattas who received it as a present from Yitzchak Treves
