Authorization letter for two emissaries to solicit funds for the newly established Chevrath Bikur Cholim. According to Frumkin, the first signatory on this emissary letter Shalom Sharabi (author of Divrei Shalom), was a well known kabbalist, grandson and namesake of Shalom Sharabi and father-in-law of the Rishon Le-Zion, Abraham Gagin (d. 1827).
